We passionately believe in preparing our pupils to capably take their place in society once they reach adulthood. In addition to helping them to fulfill their potential academically, we are determined that all of our pupils become fully equipped with essential skills to enable them to make a difference in their lives including soft skills such as cooking, communicating, and teamwork.
We are an ambitious and progressive Trust of five schools in Kent and Medway supporting over 3000 children and young people. The concept of life skills permeates everything that we do.
Our pupils are encouraged to become aware of the world and the different cultures within it. They are helped to secure knowledge of the workplace, and how to behave appropriately at work, and are exposed to numerous career possibilities via regular careers assemblies and business mentoring. In short, we want our pupils to be the first choice for employers.
We are enormously proud of the people who support our children and young people to do so well whether they are leaders, teachers, support staff, trustees or governors. The Trust culture of embedding key values – respect, excellence, collaboration, independence, perseverance, leadership, integrity and care – has enabled everybody to flourish and work together for the greater good.
