The sports crew programme has been designed for pupils in years 5/6 to develop their leadership skills to coordinate playground activities. The programme works particularly well in combination with Lunchtime Supervisor Training, to ensure a structured whole school approach to break & lunch times. The programme, when implemented effectively has decreased poor behaviour and increased activity levels for all pupils during extra-curricular times.
